Is GATA HUB custodial? Can it move my funds? No. It’s non-custodial. You sign every delegation, burn, purchase, and reward claim in Keplr. The reward payout wallet is operated separately by the team and only ever sends rewards to you — it never has access to your wallet.

Do I need three wallets for three chains? No. One Keplr account works across all chains (same coin type). Connect once.

Does my Tier Score drop if crypto prices fall? No. Delegation Score is by token count, not dollar value. Only unbonding reduces it. NFT Hold Score drops only if you sell the NFT.

Do rewards expire? No. Both rewards accrue continuously and wait until you claim.

Why is there a minimum claim amount? So a claim never costs more in network fees than it pays out. Let small amounts accrue and claim later.

What token is the Loyalty Bonus paid in? Bitcoin — specifically allBTC on Osmosis, sent to your osmo1… address.

What is PHOTON? The native token of AtomOne. The NFT Holder Reward is paid in PHOTON on AtomOne.

I sold / unstaked an NFT — did I lose its rewards? No. What it accrued up to that moment is sealed as a credit and remains claimable.

How do I know a raffle wasn’t rigged? Every draw uses public drand randomness committed before the outcome is knowable, and the /verify page re-computes the winners in your own browser.

What are the “47 GATA Epochs” in my Claimed panel? Historical rewards from earlier GATA reward epochs, credited to your lifetime claimed total.

Are the numbers (weights, pool size, boosts) fixed? No — several economic dials are team-tunable and can be adjusted without a new release. The values shown in the app are always current.
