User Guide

Before you start

You’ll need Keplr (browser extension or mobile). One Keplr account works across Cosmos Hub, AtomOne, and Akash.
Keep your seed phrase private. GATA will never DM you first or ask for it. Bookmark the official GATA HUB link and only use that.
GATA HUB is non-custodial — you approve every action in Keplr. The app can’t move your funds.

1. Connect your wallet

Open GATA HUB and click Connect wallet.
Approve the connection in Keplr.
That’s it — GATA HUB derives your addresses on all chains and loads your delegations, NFTs, and Tier Score.

First visit? A short guided tour walks you through your dashboard boxes and the tier ladder. You can skip it anytime.

Claim your Welcome bonus — new members get a one-time Tier Score bonus. Look for the welcome banner on the dashboard and click Claim.

2. Read your dashboard

Your personal panel shows, at a glance:

Tier Score — your total, and your current tier.
Delegation Score — points from staking.
NFT Score — points from holding/staking GATA NFTs.
Badges — total score earned from badges.
Claimed — your lifetime rewards claimed (in USD). Click it to open the Rewards popup:
- Claimed — Raffles, Delegations (sats), NFTs, since 2022.
- Unclaimed — what’s ready to claim right now (pending raffle prizes, sats, PHOTON).

Click any box, or a tier circle on the progress bar, to see a full breakdown.

3. Delegate (and earn the Loyalty Bonus)

The Delegate tab lets you stake to the GATA validators on each chain.

Choose a chain and enter an amount (or tap MAX).
Click Delegate and approve in Keplr.
Already staked elsewhere? Use Move to GATA to redelegate to the GATA validator (no unbonding wait).

Staking does two things: it raises your Delegation Score (by token count, weighted per chain) and it starts accruing your Loyalty Bonus in Bitcoin.

⚠️ Unbonding takes ~21 days (the chain’s standard period) during which tokens don’t earn and can’t be moved. Validators can be slashed for faults. Delegate with that in mind.

4. Manage NFTs (hold, stake, burn)

The NFTs tab shows your GATA collections.

Hold yield collections to earn NFT Hold Score and a share of the monthly PHOTON pool.
Stake your Genesis cats (Colonial / Voyager) — they only score and earn while staked.
Burn an NFT to earn permanent Tier Score, valued at the collection’s live floor price.

🔥 Burning is permanent. A burned NFT is destroyed forever. Genesis cats can’t be burned. If a burn happens during a marketplace data outage, its points are credited automatically once pricing recovers — you don’t lose anything.

5. Claim your rewards

Open the Rewards tab. You’ll see two reward cards, each ticking up live:

NFT Reward — your accruing PHOTON (paid on AtomOne).
Loyalty Bonus — your accruing Bitcoin/sats (paid as allBTC on Osmosis, to your osmo1… address).

To claim: open a reward, click Claim, and sign in Keplr. The payout is sent to you and a transaction hash is recorded.

Notes

Rewards never expire — let them accrue and claim when it’s worth the fee.
A small minimum claim applies to each reward so fees never exceed the payout.
Sold or unstaked an NFT? Its earned PHOTON up to that point was sealed and is still claimable.

6. Enter raffles

The Raffle tab shows the current draws.

Weekly / Monthly / Surprise — enter by activity (delegating, burning) or by buying tickets from the Boost tab during the draw.
Quarterly / Yearly — your tier enters you automatically (higher tiers get more standing tickets).

Won something? Your win appears under My Wins — click Claim and sign to receive the prize (PHOTON, BTC, USDC, or an NFT).

Verify any draw — open the verify page for a raffle to re-run the exact draw in your browser using the public drand randomness. Winners you compute should match the recorded ones.

7. Boost your standing

The Boost tab lets you:

Buy raffle tickets for the active draw.
Buy Tier Score directly (spend counts toward your score).

Plus it shows your wallet balances across chains.

8. Climb the ladder

Grow your Tier Score to move up: Fallen → Ember → Seeker → Devout → Radiant → Star. Higher tiers unlock:

A bigger Loyalty Bonus boost on your Bitcoin reward.
Standing tickets in the quarterly/yearly raffles.
Tier badges (each worth permanent Tier Score) and status.

Ways to earn Tier Score: stake to GATA validators, hold/stake GATA NFTs, burn NFTs, refer friends (+500 each, up to 5, when they qualify), complete milestones, and contribute to the community Season goal.

Troubleshooting

My score looks stale after staking. Scores refresh on sync; give it a moment after your transaction confirms, or reconnect. Background syncs also run automatically.
A page felt slow on first open. First navigation can take a moment to load; after that it’s instant.
My reward won’t claim. Check you’re above the minimum-claim amount, and that your osmo1… (for BTC) or AtomOne (for PHOTON) path is set up in Keplr.
A raffle prize didn’t arrive. Prize payouts are token-exact and recorded with a tx hash; if a claim is interrupted it becomes claimable again shortly.

Only use the official GATA HUB link; verify contracts through official channels.
Burning is irreversible. Unbonding takes ~21 days. Crypto is volatile — participate responsibly.
